1. Purchase of a Palette texture gives the license for use to the purchasing avatar only.

2. Palette textures are for creating content in the virtual world known as Second Life only.

3. You may use the textures in your own graphics program for modifying and editing this does not waive my ownership and terms of use

4. Your finished end product using Palette textures may be sold with either copy or transfer permissions but NEVER both. Any end product using Palette textures or products may not be distributed or sold with full permissions

5. Palette textures and any derivatives may not be shared, given away or sold with full permissions or as textures.

6. All items created by Palette are protected under the DMCA – “Digital Millenium Copyright Act” 17 U.S.C. 13.

7. To use textures outside Second Life,  please contact Amelia Smythe or use Contact on this website, to purchase proper license.
